Our farm produces a variety of fresh naturally grown vegetables and greens as well as herb and vegetable starts. We also offer cut wildflowers, sunflowers, and zinnias when in season. We utilize natural pest repellents like neem oil, diatomaceous earth, and insecticidal soap to keep our plants healthy and pest free. All of our plants are grown using MAN OF THE RED EARTH naturally amended stupersoil, vermicompost, and organic compost tea made from worm castings. We keep bees and our bee yard contributes to the pollination of our gardens.

Three Sisters Farm hens are raised on a combination of layer pellets, scratch feed, mealworms, soldier fly larvae, greens and other in season vegetables from the garden. They range in a fenced quarter acre and we have several breeds including Easter Eggers that lay colored eggs. Our rooster Chief protects the flock and we control pests by providing the chickens with a dust bath of diatomaceous earth and river sand.

We have a small bee yard with three hives. We offer a bee catching swarm service to the community. This years goal is to expand to six hives through catching swarms and splitting hives when new queens emerge. Our bees mainly feast on the farmland in the Arkansas River Valley below and all the wildflower blooms along the river as well as the numerous flower gardens on the farm. Both Spring and Fall honeys are light, sweet and nectary, and filtered once to remove impurities.
